When the message is recorded dial 1. Continue using the same procedure until all the required segments are

recorded and then hang up.

To record and play voice prompts:

1. From the operators station, dial 86

3. LCD display shows:

The number in parenthesis indicates the voice channel number that is presently being programmed.

4. You must record your entire set of messages, one at a time. Press [0] to record. Press 1 to stop recording and

step to the next message section.

5. Repeat step 4 until you have completed all messages you wish to record.

6. To listen to your recording(s), press [7]. The selected message will play. You may step from message to

message by pressing [1].

7. The values entered must show what recording has been made first, second, etc.
